| You will need to have a ministry application on file to serve in any of the ministries here at CCCV. Your ministry contact person will advise you on the correct form to fill out.They might suggest that you either download the application HERE, or pick one up at the Gazebo or the front office, your ministry contact will work with you on filling out the form. |
