How can you become a vessel of honor rather than dishonor? Well, you need to disassociate yourself from bad influences, being very careful whom you allow to influence your life. The people you hang around with are going to influence you either for the good or the bad. So, if your friends are not walking in the Spirit of God—if they don’t love His Word, if they are not sharing their faith with others and basically have no earmarks of a maturing Christian—then you need to be careful because they can undermine your walk with the Lord.
Be diligent to maintain godly fellowship with believers who are like-minded, with those who love the Lord and call upon Him out of a pure heart.
Our encouragement to you today is to make a decision on whether you are going to be a vessel of gold and silver or a vessel of wood and clay. A vessel of honor or a vessel of dishonor. The decision is yours.

Quote of the day: I want to be that vessel of honor—the china and not the paper plate.
