"Be The Match" Marrow Registry

Our fellowship has the opportunity to register with the Be The Match Marrow Registry on Friday, March 19th from 1pm – 7pm. We have a young woman in our fellowship who is in need of a stem cell transplant and representatives from City of Hope will be on campus to register you for the program and take a cheek swab at that time. The process takes about 7 minutes. There is no charge to join the Marrow Registry – and no charge if you are found to be a match for someone. The only requirement is that you consent to donate for any person in need and you will remain on the registry until your 61st birthday.

Red Cross Training

The American Red Cross will host a workshop on “Preparing Your Family for Natural Disasters” on Saturday, March 20th from 11:00am - 12:30pm in the Jr High Room 304. If you are interested in disaster awareness, please sign up at the Gazebo. There is no cost to attend the workshop.

A Call to Prayer and Fasting

We will join together with other Calvary Chapels including, Horizon Christian Fellowship, via the internet for “A Call to Prayer and Fasting”. Join us for this 2 day event that will be on March 22nd & 23rd in the Chapel. This is a great opportunity to unite as a body to lift up our country, our neighborhoods, and our families to the Lord. The live webcast will begin at 7:00pm on Monday and Tuesday. You may stop by the Gazebo to pick up a flyer and information on fasting.

Good Friday and Easter Services

We would like to invite you, your family, and your friends to celebrate Easter with Calvary Chapel of the Chino Valley!  We have two services planned for Good Friday April 2nd...one at 12 noon, which will fit perfectly into your lunch break, and the evening service which begins at 7pm.  Joseph Barkley, formerly of Plumbline will be sharing worship during our evening service.

Our Easter Sunday services are at 7:45am, 9:45am and 11:45am...and each service will feature a great time of worship with our worship team and a special Easter message by Pastor David.

Our Spanish language Easter service will be held on Sunday morning at 7:45am in Room 523/524.

Please remember that children under 12 years of age are requested to attend our Children’s Ministry classes during service.

Love and Respect Conference

Mark your 2010 calendars for our upcoming "Love and Respect" conference. This will be a 2-day conference beginning, Friday, April 23rd at 6:45pm - 10:00pm and then resume the next day, April 24th at 8:45am - 1:30pm. We are hosting the conference with guest speakers Dr. Emerson and Sarah Eggerichs from the Love and Respect Ministries. Cost will be $35 per person and $45 per person after April 12th. Because of the low rate there are no group
discounts. Plan to attend this exciting event. Doors open 45 minutes before the conference. Space is limited. Video overflow available after the Sanctuary is full [2600 seats].
