Summer Baptism
Join us for our Annual Summer Baptism on Sunday, August 2nd immediately following second service. We’ll gather in the Courtyard as friends and family celebrate those taking this powerful step of faith and publicly declaring their commitment to follow Jesus.
Immediately after second service, everyone being baptized is asked to meet with Pastor David in the Sanctuary, where he will share a brief explanation of the meaning and significance of baptism before we head outside together.
No sign-ups are required—simply come with a heart ready to follow Jesus. Teens and adults who would like to be baptized should have a clear understanding of what baptism represents and are asked to wear a non-white T-shirt over a swimsuit. Chino Valley Baptism shirts will also be available for purchase in the Chapel Store.
Bring your lawn chairs and shade umbrellas and enjoy the afternoon on the grass as we celebrate lives transformed through Christ.
