“For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” Hebrews 4:12
This year, kids will discover that the Word of God is the ultimate GAME CHANGER. Powerful, living, and able to pierce the deepest part of us, God’s Word is necessary to unlock abundant life and level up our relationship with God.
What to Expect
Kids Camp is a weekend experience for kids currently in 2nd-6th grade to draw closer to God without day-to-day distractions. They have the opportunity to make new friends, have Bible studies in both large group and small group settings, enjoy various styles of corporate worship, and have an exciting and memorable time experiencing all Forest Home has to offer! Our campsite at Forest Home will have cabins overlooking a lake with a giant water slide, an area for swimming, kayaks, and a blob. Adventurous kids will have the opportunity to check out the zipline, a rope obstacle course, and a giant swing that overlooks mountain cliffs. There will also be a time to enjoy a bonfire for s’mores along with acoustic worship under the stars.
We leave for camp on Friday, June 9th around 1pm and return on Sunday, June 11th close to1pm. The cost per camper is $225 and registration is open to kids who are currently in 2nd – 6th grade during the 2022-2023 school year. A non-refundable deposit of $125 is due at the time of registration and the full balance is due by Sunday, May 21st.
