The Jr. High Ministry’s heart is to help students become firmly ROOTED in Christ, absorb strength and love from God, love people genuinely, and serve the Lord faithfully. Rooted has several events every year, as well as Bible studies on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings where students can worship, learn, study, have fun, and create solid relationships with leaders and like-minded believers. Attending Jr. High Bible study helps students better understand Christian fundamentals through age-appropriate and relatable teachings. Knowing that these years are critical to spiritual development, a chapter-by-chapter, verse-by-verse, teaching style is incorporated into Jr. High teachings so that they may be grounded in understanding who Christ is. These teachings are interactive, engaging, thought provoking, and challenging, and fun.

Rooted Jr. High meets during Sunday morning and Wednesday evening services in Room 305 above the Chapel Store. Once a month, the youth group gathers in the Main Sanctuary to hear from Pastor David. This helps students slowly transition from being a part of a youth group to becoming integrated with CCCV as a whole once they graduate.
