Mexicali Christmas Gift Boxes

Our church is organizing a wonderful outreach for children local to Capilla Calvario Mexicali, Mexico, and we'd like to invite you to be part of spreading the joy. The children will enjoy games and activities, fellowship, and receive boxes filled with Christmas gifts.

If you’d like to make a difference and provide one or more gift boxes for a child in Mexicali, here are the details:

Submission Deadline: All wrapped and labeled boxes are due back to the church no later than Sunday, December 15th.

‍

How to Prepare Your Gift Box:
• Gift-wrap your shoebox or plastic shoebox (please wrap the lid separately).
• Use the provided label to indicate whether the gift is for a “Boy,” or “Girl,” and specify the age group (0-3, 4-6, 7-9, 10).

RECOMMENDED ITEMS:
Toys (small cars, stickers, small doll, Legos, non-battery-operated small toys)

‍

School supplies (notebook, pencils, pens, markers, colored pencils, sharpeners, coloring books)

‍

Toiletries (toothbrush/toothpaste, brush, comb, Chapstick, lotion)

‍

Other (socks, T-shirts, hair clips, Spanish kid’s devotional, sunglasses, small stuffed animals, a personal note, or card to the child in Spanish)

IMPORTANT NOTES:
• Wrap the lid and box separately
• Properly label your gift box for “Boy” or “Girl” with Age

• No Santa Items
• No Santa Candy
• Used items.
• Toy weapons
• Chocolate
• Perishable items
• Medicine
• Makeup
• Unsealed liquids
• Breakable items
